Martin Murrey's series of Canal Street Paintnigs puts the spotlight on Manchester's most vibrant district.  The images have a dreamlike movement.  His use of illuminating colours for both day and night-time exteriors enclose the throbbing life of the canal side cafe bars and restaurants.
