Jo Jenkins

Jo Jenkins trained at both the Rochdale and Coventry Colleges of Art and at Birmingham School of Art Education. Her paintings deal with the organisation of space and the distance suggested within it. She explores surface qualities which often have associations with landscape and nature. Her colour palette is deliberately limited, often inclined towards blue because, as she says, of the suggestion of depth and mystery.
