Michael Hatjoullis

 

Michael Hatjoullis produces etchings, linocuts and collages. He studied at Blackpool School of Art before venturing south to complete his studies at the Royal College of Art. He taught textile design at Chester School of Art before joining Wallpaper Manufacturers Ltd. at their London studio as a designer on the Palladio range. He later returned to teaching art in Norwich and Winchester, and then in Liverpool at what is now John Moores University.

He has received numerous awards including First prize in the Textile Manufacturers' Association International Design Competition in 1991.
